featuring the most exciting preparations and ingredients the chefs ​are excited to highlight, 4 or 6 courses $70 or $95 per guest. ​includes amuse bouche, soup and/or salad, appetizer(s), entree ​and dessert

elevated sushi themed adventure at the venue of your choice ​with davin waite, a culinary leader who is a renowned sushi chef ​and plant based groundbreaker. this meal will include a broad ​variety of unique and exploratory preparations, techniques and ​flavors
